By accessing or using Frame DP Blast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Creator Submissions & Intellectual Property

When you submit a frame or graphic overlay to the platform:

• You represent that you own or possess the necessary rights and permissions to publish and distribute the graphic.
• You grant the platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, and allow users to composite profile pictures with your frame.
• You retain ownership and copyright over your original frame artwork.

3. Acceptable Use

Users and creators agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, promotes hate speech, or infringes upon any trademark or patent.

4. Moderation & Removal

Platform administrators reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any frame submission at our sole discretion, especially in cases of reported copyright infringement.
